How to Stay Healthy: A Simple Guide to Better Living

When we wake up in the morning we should always drink some warm water, so that all the food inside our body gets absorbed and the waste comes out. Then we should also exercise for minimum 25-30 minutes everyday in the morning. We should include a balanced diet in our diet accordingly. We should eat everything we like, but in a limit only. We should avoid eating junk food and eat healthy food as much as possible. We should at least drink 2-3 litres of water everyday to stay hydrated. You can drink 1-2 or 2-3 glass every hour and challenge yourself to do so and then mark how much glasses of water have you actually consumed. Laughing is also a therapy for being healthy and positive. When we are happy so our mind works accordingly which really affects your health and body. We should do all the activities that makes us happy and engaged. At night we must highly avoid overeating because if we do so we might have some problem while sleeping. After eating do not directly sleep, walk for some time so that the food gets digest and then drink some water, then again walk and then sleep. You must daily sleep for maximum 8-9 hours, so that we don’t feel tired and we always feel energetic.
